PD Wellness Walk in Gilbert on January 19th, 2013

Please join us on January 19th, 2013 at 9:00 AM at the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch in Gilbert, Arizona for a 3/4 mile walk to benefit the programs of the APDA, Banner Neuro Wellness, and Banner PD Meds Connection.

$25 in advance
$30 Day of Walk
$15 Kids – Under 5 Free

There will be raffles, prizes and paid participants receive a T-Shirt.
