The APDA Arizona Membership Program is designed to help those impacted by Parkinson’s Disease improve their quality of life through great tools, education and, of course FUN! Please considering joining our Community so we may provide you with up-to-date and relevant information regarding Parkinson’s Disease.

Paid Membership

With your paid membership of $35, you’ll receive the following great benefits:

  • Monthly APDA Arizona electronic newsletter with the latest updates and happening.
  • Discounts for Educational Conferences and Signature Fundraising Events. Discounts apply to family members as well.
  • Access to Service Programs (e.g. Subsidized Specialized Parkinson’s Disease Exercise Programs)
  • Also, and possibly the most significant benefit is that your membership enables us to be able to provide ongoing services to you,and others like you, who have been affected by Parkinson’s Disease.

If you’ve submitted a non-paid Membership Enrollment as a Volunteer, Healthcare Professional or Donor, THANK YOU for your gift of time, talent and generosity. A person from our Staff will be in contact with you to discuss you contributing to our Membership.
